A Note from the President
At Robert Nelson Roofing, Inc., customer satisfaction is our main goal, and our customer is the boss. We approach every job, large or small, with the same “get it done right” attitude. We are careful to protect landscapes and lawns, and we try not to inconvenience others while doing our job. We are happy to offer suggestions about styles and colors but want the customer to choose and be happy with the choice they make.
When replacing a roof, we have a plan on the best way to approach the job before starting. Our priorities are to ensure the safety of everyone involved, to make certain that the house stays dry in the event of a surprise thunderstorm and to get the job done right in the least amount of time. At the end of the day, we clean up, stack materials out of the way and 'dry the house in' for the night so that you don't have to worry should a storm roll in. We spread tarps on the ground to catch nails and small debris then follow that with a rolling magnetic sweeper. The only mark we want to leave on your property is a beautiful new roof.
Robert Nelson Roofing, Inc. is properly licensed and insured, obtains the required permits and pays the appropriate taxes. We don’t fail inspections because our roofers take pride in doing the best job they can, and they know that I am watching and I expect the highest standards of work.
